One-Person Dinner

During Matt’s absence, I dedicated a significant amount of time to developing new recipes and videos. Fast food is a lovely treat for me, so I decided to go to Wawa for a “dinner for one” Keto Fast Food trip. Matt has never had it, and the concept of pumping gas and then stepping into a convenience store and ordering a lunch from the deli counter does not appeal to him. Wawa’s cheap gas and wonderful food, on the other side, are indispensable to me!  

My Meal

Wawa has fantastic cuisine in general, but there aren’t many keto options. However, my favorite dish there is chicken salad, which is highly keto friendly. And, despite the fact that it may be difficult to believe, the quality is 5 star worthy. The salad features large chunks of chicken, a perfect celery-to-chicken ratio, gallons of mayo, and a simple but wonderful dressing!

They also provide you a lot of food (3 scoops). On a bed of lettuce, I layer the chicken salad with cheese, cucumbers, onion, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. It’s my go-to post-gas-station dinner, and it never disappoints.
